Karen M. Danko is the President/Owner of Emerald Glen Title Agency, Ltd. Karen created Emerald Glen as a full service title company that is dedicated to customer service. Karen started in the industry as a title examiner in 1985, and then moved into the title and escrow department. She worked her way from there to a position with a title company as Vice President of Operations. In 2000, she opened and ran the Mentor branch for a large title company. It is with this experience that she took the step of opening Emerald Glen Title Agency, Ltd.

Kathy J. Longo is the Director of Sales for Emerald Glen Title Agency, Ltd. She has been in the title industry since 1999. She was formerly with a large title company in Lake County, as a Sales Representative. She strives for great customer service. Having parents with over 30 years of real estate experience made her career change from the corporate world to working in sales and marketing in the title industry an easy transition.

Kathy Iovine is the Escrow Officer with Emerald Glen Title Agency, Ltd. Kathy started in the real estate industry in 1983 handling mortgages for a large Savings & Loan. Then in 1992, Kathy made a move into the title side of the real estate industry working for a large title company located in Cuyahoga County, and was with them for 15 years. It was in 2005, when Emerald Glen Title Agency, Ltd. offered her a position as an Escrow Officer that she joined our team.
